Are you insured and DBS checked?
Yes! I’m fully insured and DBS checked for your peace of mind. Your pet’s safety and your trust are my top priorities.
Do you walk dogs in groups or solo?
I mainly offer solo walks or small groups (only if your dog is social and you’re happy with it). Every walk is tailored to your pet’s needs and comfort.
How do you handle pets with anxiety, medical needs, or special routines?
A good provider should adapt to each pet’s needs. At Trusted by Tia, I ask detailed questions during the consultation and follow your pet’s routine as closely as possible to reduce stress.
I hold full public liability insurance – meaning you’re protected in the unlikely event of accidents or damage while your pet is in my care.
My insurance also covers key holding, pet transport, and pet sitting in your home.I can provide proof of cover on request at any time.
What services do you offer?
I offer dog walking (30 mins, 1 hour, or longer), pet pop-in visits, pet sitting, and even pet transport to vet/grooming appointments.
Will I get updates during visits or walks?
Absolutely! I always send photo and message updates so you can see how your pet is doing while you’re away.
What happens in an emergency if I can’t be reached?
I keep a vet release form on file and always ask for emergency contact details. I’m trained to act calmly and quickly, prioritising your pet’s health and safety.
I have a valid DBS (criminal record) check, so you can feel confident and safe knowing I’m fully vetted to enter your home and care for your pet.
A copy of my certificate is available to view during our meet-and-greet or upon request.
